Willing Hearts Website Redesign
Willing Hearts is a a charity organisation that runs a soup kitchen in Singapore where volunteers register on their website through a portal.

Design and Execution
Building on my experience with THEBOOKSHOW, I led the spatial design and booth construction to create a high-visibility layout that drew in attendees. I also managed the full production workflow with external contractors and suppliers, ensuring everything was delivered on time and without delays.
The exhibition focused on promoting our aviation wildlife management and consultancy services. To set the booth apart from competitors, we featured a Bird Strike Lab and a taxidermy raptor (a common runway strike victim), which successfully sparked curiosity and engagement among visitors.
